ChromeOS is the easy one. The guide has a pretty good description on Page 20, but here's one with screenshots! Yes, I've tired doing this in Chrome's browser in another OS. No, it doesn't work.

How?

  1. Devices> Chrome> Apps & extensions> Kiosks
    • Select the OU you want to have access (the whole domain probably wouldn't hurt)
    • Hover over the "+" button and select "Add from Chrome Web Store"Where to create a course
  2. Search for "nwea"
    • The old app is still there. I'm told you still need it
    • Select the app once you've opened its pageCreating an individual class
  3. The settings page will open (if it doesn't, click the app)
    •  In "Policy for extensions", enter the Javascript code pictured (also below)
    • {"state_partner_code": {"Value": "NSCAS"}}
    • Save the configuration
